All of the following exercises should be completed as quickly as possible.

Kettle bell swings, 1 minute
15 burpees
15 push-ups

Kettle bell swings, 1 minute
12 burpees
12 push-ups

Kettle bell swings, 1 minute
10 burpees
10 push-ups

Kettle bell swings, 1 minute
8 burpees
8 push-ups

Kettle bell swings, 1 minute
6 burpees
6 push-ups
