For the past 25 years I have been helping people of all ages reach many different types of fitness goals. My specialty is correcting postural and muscular imbalances for any age and fitness level. I have also coached Cross Country, Track & Field, and have been a run Sherpa for Cancer to 5K. Growing up I competed in gymnastics and ran track. As an adult I enjoy competing in triathlons and obstacle course races. My favorite motivational phrase is: “When you feel like quitting, think about why you started?”

I take pride in creating individualized workout programs and videos for others based on their goals and daily lifestyle. I studied Health & Exercise Science at Colorado State University before returning home to earn my Personal Training Certification.
